Spark It Up!!!: Bristol Herald Courier's J Todd Foster Threatening a Virginia Blogger

I just got in and I have a lot to share, but this comes first.

My friend SWAC Girl linked to a post of mine - With any luck, J Todd Foster will be next. Foster has threatened a lawsuit against Swac Girl for her post. Foster has not contacted me about my post or its content. I find that strange since the buck starts here. I have been hitting Foster with facts for some time, you can scroll through my posts here.

Foster throws out a law suit would cost a blogger 200K to defend. Powerful threat indeed. In honor of that I just printed and will hand out 200 flyers tomorrow revealing Foster's threat and asking my fellow residents to discontinue BHC subscriptions if they have not already. Don't let Foster fool you, readership of his paper is falling fast while his competition - The Kingsport Times is growing.

Foster can throw out all the threats he wants and it still wont bring the readers back. The once huge BHC readership is dwindling under Foster's leadership. I am sure the owners are feeling that.
