Spark It Up!!!: The Paul Harris Buzz

Mason Conservative and Old Zach have posted about my man Paul Harris. I am glad to see them noticing this great leader.

Paul has not declared he is running for AG but there is some talk about it. Will a Harris or Brownlee hurt the Cooch? Yes it could. But then again how does competition ever hurt the end product for us voters? It doesn't. There are many who support Ken Cuccinelli who would like to see him unchallenged. I can understand that point of view, but we have two others named that bring a lot to the table. Harris and Brownlee are very worthy. Lets not deny these men the chance to make their case if they choose to run.

In a primary run I will support Harris or Brownlee if they run. I am doubtful of Brownlee declaring but I am very hopeful Harris will declare. Some reasons are here. Can Harris beat the Cooch? Maybe. Then again it may not be the right time. We all win if these candidates can get their names and platforms out there.

With that said, Ken Cuccinelli has to be the favorite as of now. If Harris and Brownlee don't run or are defeated in a primary, I have no problem supporting Ken. He is a wonderful conservative leader and his banner flies on my sidebar as will the others if they declare. I just believe Harris is what the party needs to advance in so many ways. We are blessed to have these men and I will in no way damage any of them. After witnessing the revenge antics of Emmett Hanger in SWAC land we all need to work hard to make sure all of our candidates voices are heard. That is what we do as republicans. So lets support our candidates with out fear of repercussions from our own party supporters. In the end we all win!
