Thoughts on the RPV Convention - Pt. Four - The Frederick Supporters
After all the pissing and moaning over the State Central Committee's removal of Chairman Frederick what did the grassroots do....They Supported and Elected the man the SCC placed in Frederick's chair. That's right! After all the months of bullshit they patted the SCC on the back and said "you were right all along" or was I right all along when I posted Frederick did not have the support the blogs portrayed him as having? Take your pick while I fight off the gag reflex....

I wouldn't disagree with your assessment, but I --- for one --- said all along that, while I know and like Pat Mullins, and think he'll do a wonderful job as RPV Chairman (who else, after all, has already been caricatured by Saturday Night Live?), I voted for Bill Stanley sight unseen in protest of the SCC's arrogance in removing a popularly-elected Chairman on largely trumped-up charges.
And remember, the last time the SCC picked our Chairman (John Hager), it didn't work out so well.
I voted Stanley also James. I wish we could have met. I had some good cigars....Old Spanky and Alton enjoyed a few. Maybe next year?
