Really Big Numbers- Can't Comprehend Budget Spending

Honestly I have this place somewhere in the depths of my head for really big numbers. Once you start adding a couple zeros to the end of a number that number begins drifting toward that black hole of brain goo never to be seen again or heaven forbid understood. Don't know how factual this representation is but  I swear I saw a light flash somewhere deep in the recesses of goo-dom and understanding came forth in a fit of angst.
