Tim Kaine - Transportation Failure
Another session ends with no fix for transportation. Gov Tim Kaine's transportation dreams could not even muster ONE vote. Not one.....SWAC Girl writes
Tim Kaine traveled the Commonwealth from one end to the other to sell his transportation plan ... and today in a vote of 0-98, not one single Democrat voted for it.
Ouch.
Indeed. Approaching eight years of Warner and Kaine with nothing getting done. Leadership for Virginia? He could not get one vote? Failure.
I stay quiet about transportation because my view from the Coalfields is different than most. We know our region will probably not benefit from any of the plans and honestly, people here just don't care about NOVA traffic problems. The coalfield people spend a lot of time in cars also.
