This is just too dang funny! Waldo issues a challenge and Spanky accepts. Then, Waldo clarifies what he is looking for-

document your claim that Jim Gilmore left the state without a shortfall and in good financial shape. I’d like to think that I have an open mind about this. (In fact, were I more certain of myself, I’d put some money on it.) Can anybody produce a contemporary newspaper article that supports these claims?

He is challenging us not to debate the issues, rather find a Main Stream Media article that says Governor Gilmore properly led the Commonwealth of Virginia in regards to it's finances.

Typical Waldo. His next move will be to publish a picture of Gilmore's mother and make fun of the way she looks. We all remember Waldo doing that very thing with Terry and Jerry Kilgores mom.
