2nd Amendment

“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” ~ Second Amendment to the United States Constitution

“The Constitution shall never be construed... to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms.” ~ Samuel Adams

It is a shame this language was ever challenged. The Patriot Post has a great essay here. The fight has only just begun.
