Gilmore gave a wonderful speech! You should have been there.
Nice try Shaun, but no cigar. I am as pro life as anyone, but the bottom line is it takes more than legislation to stop abortion. Like Duncan Hunter said - Change hearts and minds. That will accomplish more than any law. History is proof of that. Bob standing in the road saying NO will accomplish and has accomplished what? Nothing.
Even in the churches, there are many parents who are dang glad their 13yr old can obtain a abortion if needed. Now me agreeing or not agreeing with that has nothing to do with it. That is between the mother and God.
I like Gilmore's view of abortion. I admire what he has done on that issue. It takes more than this one issue to win my my vote. Gilmore has way more experience in many areas than Bob Marshall.
