From on High - Kilgore Thrashes Anti-Coal Crowd

Jerry has a good write up about the recent gathering of the Virginia Mining Association that I posted about here. In the comments there a few urging us to conserve..Conservation is the answer! Jerry addresses the absurdity of this -

"Never in the history of mankind have a people made the conscious decision to live with less. Never.
Even in this era of the "conservation" mantra, I don't see even environmentalists truly cutting back, except on the margins.
And don't get me started on the posterboy of the environmentalist left - Al Gore."

I encourage all the anti coal people and conservation fanatics to lead by example. Call Dominion and AEP today and ask to be removed from the grid. A truck will arrive shortly and unhook your ties to the evils of coal. If you want to take food from the coalfield tables then please sacrifice yourselves. Lead by example.
