post a commentJ. Todd Foster used to be at the Waynesboro News-Virginian getting under everyone's skin. We were so glad to be rid of him ... but sorry you are the ones now dealing with his brash attitude.
If I remember correctly, he's a big-city guy who wanted to raise his family in a small town ... only he wants to change the small towns to his way of thinking. He was sued by a BOS member in Waynesboro because of comments he wrote ... and wrote ... and wrote....
