Video-Veterans Against John McCain? There will be many.

I was contacted a week ago by a group of local Vietnam veterans. I was familiar with three of these men and pretty good friends with one of them. We met at Mosby's for drinks and conversation.

These men are all active in pro military activities.  We started talking about the Presidential race this year and how disappointed we all were that Duncan Hunter never gained the support we felt he deserved. We toasted to Duncan and ordered another round. I said "I guess y'all will support John McCain now." That was the wrong thing to say. I had assumed McCain would have their support since the media touts that he receives the veterans support in exit polls. In fact Fox News said that very thing tonight concerning Wisconsin. I found out quickly that these guys hated McCain and I do mean HATE. They said he screwed the POW/MIA's in Vietnam.  Time was short and we toasted the Gray Ghost and went our separate ways.

I have been looking into what these vets told me and I have found this troubling. At first I figured this was like the swift boat vets that slammed John Kerry but this is way bigger. With what little I have read about this it is no wonder these guys hated McCain. I even called every older veteran in my family and asked about McCain. They all hate him. WoW. So if you know any Vietnam vets please ask them about this and feel free to email me with your findings. Now before my GOP friends jump down my throat , I will not vote for Hillary or Obama. NO WAY. But McCain has some explaining to do if he wants my support. This video scratches the surface and will make those of you who are involved with Vietnam POW/MIA causes to research for the truth.

More from this group can be found here.

There are somethings I just cant support. If the above is true, that is one of them.

It'll be interesting to see how support or opposition from Vietnam veterans will impact McCain's campaign, especially as it hits snags like today's allegations about the affair with the lobbyist. (We're beginning to discuss this at, too.)

As the wife of a Vietnam Veteran, I have heard over the years of the disgrace of our government to leave MIA's and POW's behind in Vietnam. The Book written by Ex senator Bill Hendon and a daughter of an MIA from Vietnam Ms. Stewart ( An Enormous Crime) shows compelling evidence that there are over 700 POW's that were left behind and the coverup by each administration from Nixon to the present time under George W. Bush. Read the book, it will make you understand and make you very angry. John McCain was one of the key players in the cover up, that still goes on to this day. He also told the Viet Cong everything they wanted to know to avoid torture. It is unthinkable to me to imagine that John McCain could be the next President of the U.S. What kind of a Commander In Chief would he be if he is so willing to leave men behind in country's that we are involved in war with and then cover it up. He is a traitor to the U.S. and I pray that Mike Huckabee will get the GOP nomination. These FACTS about McCain need to be exposed!!!!!!!! Our country is in big trouble if John McCain becomes president. He is the master at cover up and any past cover ups by our government would pale in comparison to what he has done to the Vietnam MIA and POW's and their families. May God have mercy on his sorry soul.

Actually, John McCain kept the faith with his fellow POWs. He even refused early release when it was offered to him. Read what Col. Geroge "Bud" Day had to say about his cellmate in the Hanoi Hilton:

McCain's Former Hanoi Cell Mate Describes Character In Deplorable Conditions

Col. Day was alot closer to that story than anyone posting comments here.

The Vietnam Vets Against McCain are exactly right. POWs were left behind, and McCain was central to the coverup. See:
