Rep. Hunter will catch on with the electorate. He is the only candidate who doesn't have to restate any of his positions...
Not a front runner including Thompson can say that.... I'd like to see Tancredo step aside and endorse Hunter... That will move Hunter up in the polls....

He mentioned something that I found interesting. Carl or Spank, maybe you've seen recent numbers, but Duncan mentioned a gender gap even within GOP circles. What's your take on that?
I believe that Duncan's pro-America, fair trade convictions are a strong draw to blue collar conservative men who tend to work in factories. Perhaps his no compromise pro-life record is another draw to family men who value life over a so-called choice.
At any rate, I found that part of his remarks interesting and wanted your take on it.
I found Duncan's remarks very revealing Charlie.
The poll showing Duncan at 6% showed a gender gap. I think you are right on target with your analysis. I have said all along that his trade views resonate with workers.
To be honest...with the lack of funds it is wonderful to see him polling at 3 - 6 percent.
Did you notice how he points out how the other Candidates are changing and taking his positions?
With that he says he has won! Duncan wants what is best for our country.
I heard Tancredo make the same statement that he has also 'pressed on' so illegal immigration issue stays alive. I do not know how well the two get along, but Rep. Hunter has given up his Seat to run, an honorable thing to do.. Tancredo is staying in Congress...
The two should get together.... to try and derail the dancing issue twirlers we now have as front runners...
Hunter is the Real Deal. He is also in it for the long haul, win or lose he will move the party to the right in doing so.
