Pills have ravaged this area unlike anything in my memory. My Del Bud is proposing some new legislation

Delegate Bud Phillips, D-Sandy Ridge, and Russell County Commonwealth’s Attorney Mike Bush are preparing a draft bill to submit to the Virginia General Assembly in January. The bill, similar to one approved in neighboring Kentucky two years ago, would make it more difficult to obtain prescriptions from the Internet, and could curb the use of parcel services to deliver the narcotics. It does not say how it makes it more difficult. We will see. Del Bud is not exactly a go getter.
