I have found many people are confused about how to end the war in Iraq. Duncan Hunter is very clear on this issue. This video explains it all. You follow this blueprint that we have used for 60 years. First we stand up the government. Step two is we make sure the government can be protected. Thats where we are now. To leave Iraq before their military can protect the fairly elected government would result in chaos. What would pulling out now accomplish? Nothing.

Our victory has nothing to do with the violence we are now seeing. The religious factions will continue to kill each other for many years and history backs that up.
