The garden is coming along just fine. I'm not going all out this year, corn, onions, tomatoes, peppers and the small lettuce patch you see. I also have my rhubarb patch that is on the left side of the picture. I hate the stuff now, but I loved to chew the raw stalks as a kid. I found this recipe on The Red Queen Affair called Rhubarb Cherry Crunch. It just came out of the oven and the picture shows it is still bubbling! With some Mayfields Vanilla Ice Cream it is very very good. Tart goodness indeed! Click Pictures to Embiggen
