Chicago Bears

Yesterday's OT win puts the Bears at 12 - 2. The play at times has not been pretty, but goals were achieved.

• Win Division-Check!

• Get a bye in playoffs-Check!

• Secure Home Field advantage throughout playoffs-Check!

The table is set for the Bears and they will dine at home. Meanwhile the Washington Redskins have been eliminated from playoff contention. Those Skin's fans are filling my ears with their doubts about Rex Grossman. The young QB can be a interception waiting to happen. My thought is Rex does not need 300 yard games for the Bears to be successful. The key for Rex - Don't throw interceptions. Turnovers will kill you in the playoffs. I am not as confident as I was in 1985. If Grossman plays smart ball they will be hard to beat. Go Bears!
