I know some will disagree, but I think this is a good idea. $15 is still a great deal. Now if they just use the money for what it should be used for. The money that we hunters and trappers contribute pays for many things in state parks that everyone can enjoy, even folks that do not hunt. I have seen the funds raided before and that p's me off. Most hunters and anglers that I know don't care to pay if the money goes where it should. A few other outdoor bills that have passed the house and senate are:

HB 5 Trout fishing; Department of Game and Inland Fisheries to issue special permits for handicapped. Great bill by Carrico!

HB 172 Wildlife diseases; control thereof.

HB 575 Trapping; exempts trappers using body grip traps that are completely submerged.

HB 651 Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act; gives authority to accept federal grant money.

HB 870 Boating safety course; required if convicted of violating boating law.

HB 981 Wildlife and fish restoration; Department of Game & Inland Fisheries to accept federal grant money.
