Alito- The Two views of Alito

One of my daily reads Southern Appeal has this great cartoon and a good post about Alito. The post has some info from Jeffrey Wasserstein, a democrat who worked closely with Alito and states

• When we worked on cases, we reached the same result about 95 percent of the time. When we disagreed, it was largely due to the fact that he is a lot smarter than I am (indeed, than most people) and is far more experienced.
