• Democratic gubernatorial candidate Timothy M. Kaine said yesterday he hired eight buses to take people to the "Million Mom March" rally in Washington in 2000 out of compassion for the families of murder victims in Richmond.

My question: Where was this compassion for victims as you fought to get convicted killers off death row?
