Coming home from the war...

•  Nobody cheered when Bob Murray came home from Vietnam. "I’ve been spit on, I’ve been cursed, I’ve been called a baby-killer," the Marine Corps veteran said. "All I was doing was what my country asked me to do." He and the other members of Rolling Thunder plan to make sure the soldiers of Troop F, 2nd Squadron, of the 278th Regimental Combat Team get a different welcome today.

A Rolling Thunder welcome home! With all the Cindy bullshit and anti war junk going on, I am glad to see this group take some action in this homecoming.

•  "We’ve been there," Murray said. "We know how it feels. We don’t want to see these guys coming back get treated the way we were. This is a way for us to show our appreciation. They deserve a lot more."
