Gimpshop
I love open source software. Finally a free tool that pretty much equals Photoshop. The guys over at Plasticbugs have Gimpshop. I have been using it and it works fine and it is open source!!! Did I say I loved open source? If you hate to pay the big bucks($599) for Photoshop-Here is your answer.
