Larry McClure of Morgan-McClure Racing to plead guilty to tax fraud
The co-founder of Abingdon-based Morgan-McClure Motorsports Larry McClure will plead guilty to tax fraud in a plea deal that dismisses charges regarding a painting invoice, his attorney Robert Wayne Austin confirmed Tuesday.
“He’ll be pleading guilty to one of the three indictments; the one that involves tax fraud,” Austin said" BHC
Reminds me of a song from a TV show. "Just'a good ol' boys Never meanin' no harm. Beats all you never saw....." I mean who would ever think a coalfield car dealership would have to pull some strings to make it.

post a commentI think its Great. Its about time that it caught up to him and the family. Its nice to see action taken. I just hope that he spends his time in prison and pays out millions in fines. He put many people through the ringer so he could make a dollar. But whatever comes of it isn't up to us to judge. He will pay his dues in the end.
